About Pheasant Run

Looking for the kind of lifestyle only offered by the midwest suburbs? Stop the search here. Pheasant Run is a neighborhood in Lakeville, MN that lands close to Apple Valley, Rosemount, and Farmington. With its prime spot on Pilot Knob Road, even getting to the cities is easy. Cedar Avenue, 35E, and Highway 52 are all easily accessible.

If top-rated schools, great parks, and variety in shopping and dining are of interest to you – start thinking Lakeville.

There are several builders working in the Pheasant Run community, but Pietsch offers you the ability to have complete control over the home that you end up with. We call ourselves a custom home builder for a reason – we’ll work with your napkin sketches, architectural drawings, or a few pins from Pinterest to aid us in building the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Don’t miss your chance to end up in a home within this quaint neighborhood that’s near to many of the significant south suburban hubs. You’ll enjoy the green space that Lakeville’s known for, but you won’t be far from anything you need either!

If you think that a custom home sounds like a nice idea for someone with a lot more money than you, then think again! While custom homes may typically have that extravagent pricetag attached to them, Pietsch Builders is in the business of making custom homes affordable. Before you settle for a builder with a model that’s like all of the others on the block, get in touch with Pietsch Builders so that we can show you what we can do!

Commuting from Pheasant Run

Pheasant Run is a Lakeville community that offers a level of accessibility that is fairly unfamiliar to the rest of the city. Due to its proximity to US-52, it’s easy to get into St. Paul. Cedar Avenue (County Road 77) isn’t far either – meaning Minneapolis and the west metro are accessible as well.

In fact, it’s possible to get to Minneapolis from Pheasant Run in just 30 minutes. St. Paul, meanwhile, is just 28 minutes away.
